Pools
We are scheduled to open the pools on May 20th. Please make sure you are familiar with the rules in advance. Dues must be current, and no current violations in order for your key to be activated.
Food Trucks
To keep up with the food truck schedule, be sure to check the community Facebook page, under the events tab. There are some new ones we’re working into the schedule.
New Website Access Portal
If you have not already registered, we hope you soon will. Brighton is constantly looking for new ways to improve the services provided to our communities. We are committed to providing our residents a superior level of service. With this in mind, we are excited to announce our new website access portal and mobile app. By going to https://brightoncorp.cincwebaxis.com/, you’ll be able to create a login and start viewing your account balance, make payments, and sign up for e-statements.
ACC Requests
Please remember that all exterior home improvements must be submitted and approved prior to installation. This includes the backyards as well. It’s an easy form and process. You can find the form online along with the ACC Guidelines for any questions. Requests are currently taking about 2 weeks for a response.
Pet Etiquette
Please be sure your pets are leashed at all times when not on your property, and be sure to pick up after them and dispose of their waste in your trash receptacle. Please do not allow them to bark for extended periods.
