Happy Holidays!
We wish everyone a most wonderful and safe holiday with their family and friends. The Brighton office will be closed the following dates:
Christmas: Tuesday, December 24th and Wednesday, December 25th.
New Year’s – Wednesday, January 1st.

A huge round of applause to everyone that decorated the exterior of their homes. The community is so incredibly festive and bright. The winners have been chosen:

2025 Dues
Statements are being printed and mailed out this week. Dues are due in January, late after the 31st of the month. Please reach out to make payments before the 31st to avoid late fees. There were no increases this year.
Pet Reminders
Dogs should be leashed when not on your own property, so they can’t charge or jump up on other people and their pets. Please also clean up after them. No one wants to clean up poop, but it’s the responsibility you take on when owning a pet. Just do it. We greatly appreciate it!
Snow Removal
Snow is coming… Make sure you do not push snow from your sidewalks and driveways into the streets. Snow should go on your lawns, and if you are near a street drain or fire hydrant, please be sure to keep it clear.
