Annual Holiday Decorating Contest

It’s time for the annual holiday light contest! If you want to join, just decorate the outside of your home. Judges will tour the community from December 16-20 to pick the top 5 homes. Winners will be announced and receive a gift card. We can’t wait to see your creativity and holiday cheer!

Statements

The annual assessment statements were mailed via USPS this week. Payments are due January 1, late after January 31, 2026. Payments can be mailed or made online at: https://brightoncorp.cincwebaxis.com/.

Holiday Office Hours

Happy Holidays! We wish you the most wonderful holiday with your friends and family. The Brighton offices will be closed on the following dates:

Christmas – Thursday, December 25^th & Friday, December 26^th
New Year’s – Thursday, January 1^st & Friday, January 2^nd, 2026

Christmas Tree Disposal

Republic Services offers free Christmas tree pickup January 2 – 17. Remove all decorations, including lights, ornaments, tinsel, stands, and any flocking. Trees over six feet must be cut into four-foot sections. Place trees curbside on your regular collection day.

Snow Removal

Snow is just around the corner. Make sure snow from your driveway and sidewalk is not shoveled into the streets, as this can impede traffic flow and obstruct drainage systems. Instead, shovel snow onto your lawn where it can gradually melt.
