Assessments

Dues statements have been mailed out. They are due no later than January 31st. If you need to make payment arrangements, please contact us prior to the above date, and email is preferred.

Updated ACC Guidelines

Over the last couple of years, the Board and ACC have come across a few requests or concerns that have required a review of the ACC Guidelines either to clarify or add in where they were lacking. Finally, the documents have been updated and can be reviewed online at: https://www.centuryfarmmeridian.com/homeowner-info/.

Pet Etiquette

Please be responsible pet owners and make sure your pets are leashed and cleaned up after when not on your property.
