Pool Behaviors
The HOA has received numerous calls regarding unacceptable as well as dangerous activity taking place at the pool.
- Kids hopping the fence.
- Loud and inappropriate music.
- A young male and female entering the bathroom together.
- A male and two females engaged in inappropriate behavior while in the pool.
- Oversized tubes and loungers are prohibited in the pools, as they obstruct visibility, potentially concealing a submerged child beneath them.
Our pools are a family-friendly shared space. The above behaviors are unacceptable and have negatively impacted the experience of many members. Members do have the authority to expel those who act irresponsibly. Parents and caregivers must educate their children on proper pool conduct.
The HOA staff are in the process of reviewing the security footage. Identified offenders’ pool privileges can be revoked.
Parents and caregivers know where your kids are as well as educate them on appropriate etiquette in our shared spaces.
Pool Parking
When visiting the pool, please do not park golf carts or vehicles in front of the mailboxes. Doing so prevents residents from picking up their mail. Please also avoid parking in the grass. These items should be on the street only.
Motorized Vehicles
Homeowners have observed unauthorized motorized vehicles traversing the community common areas. This activity is prohibited for pedestrian safety as well as maintaining our shared green spaces. Please keep your motorized vehicles on the roads.
Pet Reminders
Dogs should always be leashed when off your property to prevent unexpected encounters with people or other animals. This simple act ensures everyone’s safety and comfort. Additionally, remember to clean up after your pet. It’s not pleasant, but responsible pet ownership requires it. Respect others and keep public spaces, including neighbors’ yards, clean for everyone.
