Fireworks

If your 4th of July celebration is going to include fireworks, please be sure to know which are legal or not and the best ways to handle them. Aerial fireworks are illegal to shoot off in Idaho, although you can purchase them legally in the state. Aerial fireworks have a risk of starting wildfires and causing injuries. We don’t want any accidents in the community, so please use extreme caution and follow these TIPS. Also, please, clean up after yourselves. Even safe and sane fireworks can leave messes in yards and streets. Be sure to appropriately soak and dispose of any messes. Common areas may not be used to light off fireworks. Also, please be aware that neighbors and animals may not all like fireworks, so keep to reasonable timing. We greatly appreciate everyone’s consideration, and hope you have a very safe and enjoyable holiday!

Motorized Vehicles

Homeowners have observed unauthorized motorized vehicles traversing the community common areas.  This activity is prohibited for pedestrian safety as well as maintaining our shared green spaces. Please keep your motorized vehicles on the roads.

Pet Reminders

Dogs should always be leashed when off your property to prevent unexpected encounters with people or other animals. This simple act ensures everyone’s safety and comfort. Additionally, remember to clean up after your pet. It’s not pleasant, but responsible pet ownership requires it. Respect others and keep public spaces, including neighbors’ yards, clean for everyone.

For those that are feeding the birds or squirrels, please remember that leaving out food for them also leaves food out for mice and voles as well. The more birds and other critters we attract, the more we have to treat for them or repair/clean up after them. We just want everyone to be mindful of the repercussions.
