Spring Forward
Spring is right around the corner, even if it doesn’t feel that way quite yet. Make sure to set your clocks forward on March 12th, for daylight savings, and start preparing yourself for landscaping maintenance. If you have plans to improve your landscaping, add a shed, patio, or anything else to the exterior of your home, front or backyard, please remember to get ACC approval in advance prior to installation. You can fill out the request form online. You may also view the ACC Guidelines and CC&Rs online.
Irrigation Water
There’s been lots of questions on when water will be delivered. Our community receives water from Boise Project. Water turn on is estimated around April 15th, but we’ll send out updates as we get updates from the irrigation districts.
Enforcement Policy
Please take a look at the new Century Farm Enforcement Policy found in the documents of the community website. The policy outlines the process for letters and fines when you don’t remedy a violation. We never want to resort to fining an owner, but we do want to make sure everyone is following the rules to maintain our community values.
Community Events
Keeping a community together through the years is best done with fun, meaningful community activities. We’ve created a new online calendar to post events to. We’re always looking for volunteers to help coordinate these activities. If you have an interest in doing event in the neighborhood, let us know by reaching out to management via email: hoa@brightoncorp.com.
We are forever grateful to those that have volunteered to run events. The food trucks are continuing, but we’re going to book a little less to keep up attendance, unless we receive other feedback.
