Spring Reminders

We want to remind everyone of a few key rules:

1) Garbage cans should be stored out of view at all times, except for when out for the day of pickup.

2) Garages should be used for parking first, before resorting to the driveway, and then, most lastly, the street.

3) Holiday decorations should be removed within 30 days of the holidays, so no Christmas in March.

4) Recreation vehicles or trailers should be out for no more than 24 hours for loading and unloading and then returned to appropriate storage.

5) Renting your home is prohibited unless you get approval for a variance, proving an undue hardship to the Board.

Food Trucks

To keep up with the food truck schedule, be sure to check the community Facebook page, unde the events tab. There are some new ones we’re working into the schedule.

Dues

If you haven’t made payment or payment arrangements, your dues are late and late fees are now being incurred. Please be sure to reach out before costly collection fees are added.

New Website Access Portal

If you have not already registered, we hope you soon will. Brighton is constantly looking for new ways to improve the services provided to our communities.  We are committed to providing our residents a superior level of service.  With this in mind, we are excited to announce our new website access portal and mobile app. By going to https://brightoncorp.cincwebaxis.com/, you’ll be able to create a login and start viewing your account balance, make payments, and sign up for e-statements.

Irrigation

We are anticipating irrigation water to be available to us the week of April 15th. We will begin starting things the week before to make sure all is ready, and will send out an update as we confirm all is up and running once water is in.

Pools

We are scheduled to open the pools on May 20th, weather permitting. Please make sure you are familiar with the rules in advance.

ACC Requests

Please remember that all exterior home improvements must be submitted and approved prior to installation. This includes the backyards as well. It’s an easy form and process. You can find the form online along with the ACC Guidelines for any questions.

Pet Etiquette

Please be sure your pets are leashed at all times when not on your property, and be sure to pick up after them and dispose of their waste in your trash receptacle. Please do not allow them to bark for extended periods.

Neighbors

The Cadence neighborhood to the north of us is a gated private community for those that are 55 years or older. Their roads and common spaces are all private. Please do not drive through or walk over to use their common area amenities. They sincerely appreciate it.
